I read someone had a similar problem in Steam discussion, but it was just a single short message and I was unable to find that thread again. Windows picked up the renamed documents folder immediately and the next time I ran ::GetFolderPath("MyDocuments") it showed me full-English path and Titan Quest worked ever after. In order to change the actual folder name, I opened (in the browser) OneDrive website (which showed actual folder names) and renamed my folder their from "Документы" to "Documents". My problem was that Windows document folder had Russian name. I solved the problem, so I write this to hopefully help someone once its indexed by Google. I had the problem described in the title: Titan Quest would launch, show logos, play intro movie and then quit.
